Finally! After a slow start this year, blooms have appeared in my yard. One of my all time favorites is the hibiscus plant.
Last but certainly not least, a bloom on the bottle brush tree.
I hope it is blooming where you are. Thanks for stopping by!

Magnificent macro floral photography ~ Gorgeous colors too ^_^
Those hibiscus are so gorgeous. I love them but don't have any.
Hi Marlee,
Your hibiscus plant is gorgeous! What a striking color. I've thought about planting one, but not too sure how they would do in the Northeast. Have a wonderful day.
The photo's of your flowers are so lovely. This is my first visit, found you on Outdoor Wednesday and I am now following your post.

How pretty - our hibiscus are still far from blooming stage :(
Tome these are one of the prettiest flowers. I never have any luck with them. My neighbor has had some of the most beautiful.
Bloom where you are planted is one of my favorite quotes. Your flowers are beautiful.

Hello again, coincidentally the hibiscus is one of my favourties flowers too. They always remind me of holidays abroad and they are just plain beautiful. Lovely photos.
absolutely gorgeous, I am watching my garden/flowers get going and can't wait to start joining the outdoor parties myself!
Perfect capture! I love it, it’s really in full bloom and it looks lovely to hold! In other countries, it’s also known as Gumamela. It also comes in variety of refreshing colors and breeds. I’m happy that you have that kind of flower in your garden coz’ it’s one of my favorite.
