Tea Time

This past weekend I was thrilled to find this charming white teapot for $1.00 at a yard sale.    She has a few chips and some glazing but I think that makes her even more special.     Her delicate lines and curves add to her beauty.   Even though she is missing her lid, I knew she would be coming home with me.

Strange how a teapot can represent at the same time the comforts of solitude and the pleasures of company.

I am off to drink a cup of hot tea.    Thank you for visiting.
