Today I am featuring this demilune table that I refinished a few months ago before I started this blog so that is why I do not have a before picture. The table originally belonged to my grandmother but I have had it in my home for many years. About 10 years ago when I was going through my fruit decor phase, I painted it white and stenciled fruits on the top of it. Loved it at the time but I was ready for a change (change is my middle name) so I painted it with leftover paint I had....Cottage White by Behr and then applied leftover glaze...American Tradition faux translucent color glaze in Mocha. I made my own stencil using a font I found in Word. I simply printed it out (actually it took a few tries to get the correct size), cut the monogram out and then stenciled it on. I shopped my house for the accessories on it. Voila! I love how it came out and it didn't cost me a dime because I already had everything I needed. It was the perfect fit for a small wall by my foyer.

Tables are just one of my weaknesses, so I'm liking your very fun re-purposed piece. I especially like the addition of the monogram.
